怀孕该怎么吃?

我观察自己的朋友和家人多年，有些怀孕后不只吃多了而变胖，更变得懒惰（就不爱动）。就前天在一研讨会上遇见怀孕了九个月的朋友（也是营养师），我是站到她前面时才发现她挺着大肚子的。呵呵。从她后面看去，她的动作一点都不像怀孕。

除了这位准妈妈，我在场也看到一名旧同事，还真的胖不少（她说肚子里的宝宝六个月了）。她已经找到一个好位置坐下来了，可是我想坐到前面一些，看得比较清楚，邀请她跟我一起去。怎么知道，她对我说：“你自己去，我懒惰走，我很累。”哈哈，其实不管她有没怀孕，她都不爱动的。

每个妈妈都不一样。前后一天碰见的两位老朋友，还真的差很多？哈哈。她们都只是二十多岁的妈妈哦！

孕妇要吃双人份的食物 (Eat for two)？ “我要吃蛋糕、薯片、朱古力，还要喝汽水。”有些准妈妈趁怀孕时大吃大喝，不只是因为她们有着“一人吃双人份食物”的信念，也因旁人的“推波助澜”：“怀孕了，不再像以前，现在是两个人吃，多吃，肚子里的宝宝才能吸收到足够的营养。”

其实，整个怀孕的过程，一般妈妈的体重会增加10-13公斤。怀孕首14周，妈妈的体重会增加大约1-2公斤；怀孕的第14-28周则会增加4-5公斤；第28周至生产则增加4-6公斤。 注：以上的标准不适合怀孕前BMI在26-29之间（overweight）或是超过29（obese） 的妈妈

简单来说，怀孕中期到生产前，妈妈所需要的热量每天只需要增加300卡路里（增15%）。300卡路里，大概等于一片全麦面包（75卡路里）、一杯蔬菜（50卡路里）、一份水果（60卡路里）和一杯低脂牛奶（122卡路里）。如果怀孕前，你每天的热量需求量是1600卡路里，你只需要加到每天1900卡路里，比平时稍微多吃一些，这就足以应付宝宝的营养需求了。吃双份是不必要的！

不过，有不少怀孕妈妈误以为只要多吃一点，宝宝就能吸收全部营养素（宝宝在肚子里还那么小，怎么有可能吃下一个成人所需的食物分量？）。要是妈妈吃过多的热量，很大可能生出超胖宝宝，自己也可能摇身一变，成了“big mama”。超重的怀孕妈妈患上妊娠糖尿病 (Gestational diabetes mellitus)、妊娠高血压等疾病的风险也会提升，可别掉以轻心。

“质”更重要 有些怀孕妈妈趁怀孕时期胃口有所改变而大吃特吃，比如油炸食物、雪糕、薯片等。偶尔享受营养价值较低的食物并没有问题，但不适合长期大量的吃，因为以上的零食主要提供热量，并不含妈妈和宝宝需要的营养素。

怀孕期间，很多营养素的需求量都增加，所增加的幅度都不相同，所以妈妈更要小心计划饮食。举一个简单例子，叶酸 (folic acid) 的需求量，从原来每日200微克，增至每日400微克。缺乏叶酸会造成“神经管缺陷”(Neural tube defect)，所以医生一般都会给予妈妈适当的营养补充剂。含有叶酸的食物包括了：

1． 菠菜、西兰花、芥兰 （一杯大约有100-200微克的叶酸）

2． 茄汁豆（一杯大约有100微克的叶酸）

3． 强化的早餐麦片(fortified breakfast cereals)

如果怀孕妈妈的食欲不太理想，或者体重太轻，可以考虑一些适合孕妇饮用的奶粉。不过，建议妈妈先请教医生或营养师的专业意见。只有通过正确的途径，妈妈才能在满足宝宝的营养需求之外，同时避免自身的体重急速增加。

其實養寵物就像養育自己的孩子一樣.兩者之間<責任>就是很大的共同點.不是說三餐溫飽就是責任..除了溫飽,我們還要給它們滿滿的愛.看見它們開心無憂的活著,這就是最大的安慰....最近發現我家的三隻寶貝除了guzhang,其他的都胖得像豬那​樣..尤其是小妞..已經胖得要爆炸的感覺..而且又患有心臟病 = =為了你們的健康..哥哥決定讓你們減肥!!!我決定忍心的讓你餓肚子也不要讓你們心臟病,血壓高死..T_T
